Masterclasses

Studio masterclasses are open to the public and are an opportunity to take a snap shot of where you are in the process of developing your voice. They also provide a chance to practice performing skills and share your gifts with others. Participation is mandatory for studio students and is a free benefit of being a studio member.

Masterclass Descriptions

Level 1:

Students starting the process of mastering the 4 pillars. Held at the Studio. Elizabeth Atchley, Accompanist. 1-541-231-8502.

Level 2:

Students who have a basic mastery of the 4 pillars, but are struggling to apply them to performing. Held at the Studio. Lourdes Diaz-Johanson, Accompanist. 503-892-2748.

Level 3:

Active professional level performers and teachers, who are deepening their awareness of the spiritual ramifications of singing. Held at St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church, 6300 SW Nicol Road, Portland, OR (on the Campus of the Oregon Episcopal School). Carol Lucas, Accompanist. 503-224-1139.
